After being guided around the lower lakes with hundreds of other people we decided to head to the upper lakes
It was a beautiful walk down. So much nicer experiencing nature without the crowd
It was possible to do all this because we stayed overnight at the lakes. Many tours only call in on the way to other places. It is a very special place
